I received an ad about a free trial for cosmil revival while online. When I read about this product it sounded like something my mother would like so I decided to pay the shipping and buy it for her. When I put my information in to pay it denied me and said they dont except prepaid cards. However, I was not using a prepaid card so I called customer service and spoke with joan or johan, not sure how to spell her name. Anyways, she was not at all helpful. She had no alternative to help me and when I asked her to have a supervisor call me on monday because I have four kids and needed to lay them down for bed she said she could do that but then continued to argue with me telling me to just talk with one now and then said changed her mind and said I could not be called back. She then told me to call back and leave a message when promped. I then replied there was no prompt when I called and her reply was well in all this time on the phone with me u could have allready spoke with a supervisor. That was completly unprofessional and very upsetting. I feel she should be fired and I hope that her standards are not the same as this company. Its pretty sad when the consumer/person isnt the companys first priority!!! And very sad that society for the most part finds nothing wrong with speaking or typing to a machine instead of a person. What happened to communicating directly? Overall, I will NOT be using this company!
