I made a purchase at a small business called the Java Station, the purchase was $20.00, They tagged a $1.00 fee onto this. I contacted the small business they know nothing about this, or the company.
The company stated they knew about the business after I told them the name Java Station and told me they were one of their accounts, but couldn't find my transaction. This contact cost me time on the hold line of 15 minutes plus a dollar charge on my visa/debit card
