I STUPIDLY ordered an anti wrinkle creme from Bellalabs and then was offered another FREE sample from Levela. I would have certainly been happy to pay for the promises made, to decrease my wrinkles. Who, at my age of 59, would not like to look more youthful? However, I feel I was grossly misled, and the advertisement implied that the offer was a free trial. I was then charged $89 less than a week after I received the sample product. BUYER BEWARE! When I made a phone call to inquire as to why I was charged this money so soon, I was told I had agreed to their conditions, which I never saw, but which had been hidden in their advertisement. I believe they purposefully made their "conditions" easily "invisible"and that the consumer was led to believe the initial 30 day free trial was the condition accepted. If their product was one that truly delivered it's promise, this company would stand by their claims, however I believe they make their profits on promises made to older women who have not yet learned to mistrust unscrupulous companies, and are then charged for their misguided TRUST, not their satisfaction. Shame on Levela!
