I have been getting the scam text message from this company on winning an entry for $1000 and i should go claim with the code in the text message. It has been months since I even went to Target let alone enter a contest there. Who is selling my cell phone information to this scam company? I think all parties involved (target, this scam company and the cell phone carrier) should be held responsible for sharing private information and scamming unsuspecting consumers.
