Check on line for scams I had one for best buy 2 months ago same thing I checked on line amd found out it was a scam. Very irrating and and time consuming,, I looked up the best buy number I had found out it was from a verizon phone. Figured the big retailers dont want their name trashed and they would look into the problem since they have better resources than I do. And able to look at verizon usage for the phone number in question?
