In August I ordered a box set of Law and Order DVDs from KangarooDVD after following a link on the Amazon website. The order arrived three months later only after I sent emails to the company reporting non-delivery. The items I got weren't genuine - they were low quality pirated DVDs ripped from TV broadcasts. KangarooDVD promises no questions asked refunds but didn't answer any of my emails asking how I could return the goods for a refund. I've done my dough - this is a scam website.
