I received the flollowing text message; "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter your winning code 74893 to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24hrs."

When I looked up the website source code, it had a privacy policy that said; "This Privacy Policy applies to consumers that have signed up on the prizecenterdirect.Us website..."

Its a total scam.
