Texted a message with the numbers 53822 to win $1000 on my cell phone. Never put my name in for a contest for target. Don't know how they got my cell phone number but was very upset about it. Nope you find outy who is doing this and have them arrested. Now is not the time for scam artists to br doing these kind of things to hard working folks.
