Assurant specialty property slow, document questioning

This is the worst insurance company to deal with I advise anyone who has insurance with them to move to another company. Do not depend on this company when you need them, i have a claim in with this company and after I done all and everything they asked me do do (such as send in documentation and proof of ownership, first they take 3 weeks to look over your claim and then when they do contact you they question your documentation, of proof of ownership, so it is evident that they have no intentions on paying the claim in the first place, I have never been treated in this manner and I am so very disgusted with this company
