I ordered a Pad Sapphire in 2011. They sent me a pink one instead. I notified them about the error and they sent me a shipping label to return the item for an exchange. I then ordered a blue zircon ring. I was charged for it in October. I never received it. I contacted DSN numerous times via phone, email, and certified mail. They promised me by phone a speedy refund of both the sapphire and the ring but I never received it. Now their phone is disconnected and numerous other complaints have been filed.
