Has milked The System for years. The iconic bad mother, now selling perscription pills with her 22 yr. Old boyfriend, also condoning exploitation of her three kids

Roberta has used social programs to exist for years. She knows how to work the system, having gone thru usual benefit routes, now using child support. She shares an apt with her boyfriend, selling his perscription pain meds, also condoning sexual relationships for her two girls, ages 14 and 17. She's been diagnosed bi-polar, according to her and I heard she was recently freaking out hiding in a closet, paranoid. She needs investigating but be careful. Also she's been known to use her big brown eyes to play the scared victim.
