On november 12th i was notified by mr, fabian rafael pablo that i won an euro raffle (2,000.. 000,00euros in us dollars $2.477,700.69) i was told in order to receive my winnings i had to pay $378.00usd i was told by freelotto usa that i was not to pay any money to receive my ($2.477 7000.69usd) i still have not received my winning prize?
