My parents purchesed an iphone 4s in this store october 23, the salesman made it very clear that the phone is ulocked and can be used with a foreign sim, as my parents were tourist from israel, the phone came with an iphone box and all that and my parents didn't find any reason to think there is something wrong as they came to the store after asking for recomedation to buy an unlocked iphone, the price they paid 598$ sugested it was legit. But when we tried to put an israeli microsim we couldn`t activate the phone as it was related to the network sprint. We tried contacting the store but there is no answer, please if you can help as we don`t have the option to go to the store ourselves.
