I bought a digital camera from Smart Tech Cases being directed through Cnet.com. I Paid with GreenDot money card per their request. I received a mail confirming my payment and then another email saying that the item was in "back order" and that it was going to be send in 10/29. I emailed them twice already asking for my item and I haven't heard from them. They do not answer emails or phone calls. There is a number that appears online when you look them up by the company name (1 561-244-2584) but when you try to call you received a recorded message that says that the number is out of service. I've known of some other people being affected by this scam. Who can help with this? Should C.net share responsibility for linking users from their site to a third party "vendor"?
