Ripoff charged me continuously even after I UNsubscribed and I never use ANY of their benefits at all

I signed up for trial to see how it works for me the first place. However, I need ANY of their benefits. So I called to unsubscribe.

But then they billed me again the following month. I called MANY times and got the voice message DURING their business hours.

Finally, after many tries, a guy picked up the phone and i asked why they still charge me when i unsubscribe already. He said that i logged in once after i called to unsubscribe.

If i knew that was one of their trick, i would NOT even visit their website at all. I just want to make sure that they actually deleted my info so i wouldnt be able to log in, but OBVIOUS THEY STILL KEEP IT and to trick some ppl like me.
