I want to add my voice to the chorus. This company is a nightmare. They shipped tickets when we were not home and then it took us three days of trying to get a human to talk to in order to get our tickets. Beware of these third party brokers. We need a change in CA law that makes reselling theatre tickets at a higher price illegal.
