I bought a wedding dress from staydress.org and paid via master card. However they kept saying they did not receive the funds, I then took my statement and realised that my account was debited to Smeng Network Technolo Beijing. Am sooo distraught as the wedding is in 6 weeks time and I have very limited funds.
