Have been paying a phone bill for 2 years that has a scam amount hidden within the phone bill for $30 each month. The service says it is provided through an interface named Bigpond that the Australian phone company Telstra Provide. The Company that has been charging $30 a month is named Air G. I have not subscribed to this service or received notification that the service was ever subscribed too. Its a Scam you can find details of it on the following web link. Http://forums. Telstra know about the scam but continue to send out bills to there customers with the $30 amount included. I believe that Telstra do this because they will receive a percentage of all amounts billed. Air G charges to Telstra bills are a Scam and Telstra facilitate this scam.in my opinion both AIR G and Telstra are fraudulent. Telstra should now contact all customers that have this charge on their bill and state 'that as a valued customer we believe you are being charged by a company associated with a reported Scam'. Of course Telstra wont do this because there revenue will go down. Only if you happen to phone Telstra to question your bill will they say "We have had alot of complaints about this AIR G service that you have been paying for I suggest YOU unsubscribe from it.in fact no one ever knowingly subscribed to the AIR G chat service.
