Received text message that I had won contest that I did not enter. Text received at 10:48 PM, 11-12-12. Prize offered was $1000 Target gift card.instructed to log on to company web site to claim prize.
I am on do not call list nationally for solicitation, and wish to enforce the penalty for contacting my personal cell phone.
