I ordered a video cameral on 6th Sept. After a long and unacceptable delay, with many promises of imminent delivery, WAE informed me that they didn't have the camera! I asked for a refund. They said they would refund but they didn't. After many e-mails and broken promises they still haven't refunded my money (13th November) I'm now seeking redress from my Credit Card company.
WAE are completely untrustworthy. You can't believe a work they say.
Don't risk using this company.
