I have been charged $99.92 on my credit card by this company having only requested a free sample of their skin care. I never asked for any further samples to be provided and neither have I received any. I have been unable to contact the company either by email or by phone. I have contacted my credit card company but they say because I provided my details for the free sample, this is not fraud. I want to get my money back and prevent any further occurrences of money being taken without authorisation.
