I received a txt message to my brand new phone which I have just activated, but have not even used. The txt said I won $1000. And need to enter 3847 to win the money. This is an obvious scam since I never go to Target, or have never given them my #, nor do I give it out. I am on the do not call list... So this company or whoever they are are scammers. This happened at 10:48pm on my phone and even though I put $0 I think it may be on my phone bill when it comes that I owe something..
