I ordered the top and bottom teeth and cream to hold them in 3 weeks ago. I have not received them yet. I tried calling them and only get an answering machine saying to leave my name and number but they never call back. My bank statement says that they took out the funds over 2 weeks ago. I also received an email saying it had been shipped but they could not post a tracking number.
