Received a text alert from my Online Banking that my debit card had a transaction outside U.S., in which I did not authorize. It's from HCTCSupport.com 1-888-457-0819... So far they took $2.50, but the transaction is still pending for the final amount. Contacted my bank already, but cannot file a claim until the transaction is completed.
