On November 1 Justin from PC Solutions called me and informed me that the government instructed his company to refund the monies that they had collected from me. I said to him that that is the case just sends me a check. Justin said he couldn’t do that, he had to refund the money by the same means that it was charged. He then proceeded to take over my computer and controlled the input information. He asked me for my debit card number. I asked him for what purpose. He said so that he could send the refund via Western Union. I said to Justin on several occasion during this procedure that it seems to me he is billing me. He replied in the negative and said this is the way it had to be done. At the end I see where I am being billed. I said to Justin you are billing me he said no and that I should wait for a call that would give me a number to input in the computer so that I could go and pick up the money. When I received the call from Western Union with the number and input it I say for sure that I was being billed and yet Justin kept on insisting that was not so. It was then that I called Direct Express to check on my account and found that PC solutions had withdrawn $354.00 from my account. These people lied to me.
