I had received numerous software via mail for trial Stamps.com and finally decded to give it try when i got tired of being out of postage stamps at the wrong time and hate the hassle of getting to Post Office. The trial kit arrived in a very timely fashion and presented very well.installation of software was a breeze as i quite often have issues with dial-up. Overall, the program is very thorough, very simple and easy to understand; easier than going to the post office in person! The options are plentiful and offers everything you can possibly need from letters to parcels. Even a digital scale to weigh wh highly reccoatever! You are even given a choice of scale to accomodate whatever fits your needs. Every issue can be addressed, including getting credit for printer messes on botched stamps and all rectified with no fuss. The support team is so helpful and pleasant. Basically, if you have a problem and you are displeased, you alone are the problem. This is an excellent program and I highly recommend it in general. Respectfully, Kathleen
