For over five years I have had the webpage fancylittlepaws.com when it came time to renew I was late. Calling customer service I was told I would have 10 days before my URL went to auction and then I would still be able to claim it back within so many days. Less than 7 days after payment was due I called to make the payment and was then told someone had a bid in on it and I was not able to get it back. I was also told it was a private party and that GoDaddy had nothing to do with it. So in short I was mislead and lied to and because of this my business is suffering. I created the name Fancy Little Paws. I started the name and the site and everything to do with it. I am the only person who has ever used it and now there is an attempt to rip me off for 280.00. I can not and will not pay 280.00 to get it back. This would not have been an issue if GoDaddy had not told me one thing (more than once!) and then changed the storyon me and told me too bad. Pay the 280.00 No one should be dealt with in this manner.
