I made an online purchase for this products, it was meant to be a free trial. Subsequently I saw there was 2 orders in my credit card statements. USD 2.95 and from another company at USD 9.99 which was made under the same transactions.
I called the company and they said there is only 1 order for me. Now that I cannot trace the other company but when I call my bank, it was confirm that the charges are from the same company.
I am only afraid they will continue to charge my credit card account.
