Eceived a message on my Verizon cell phone to go to the above website of BestBuyContest.com as "Your entry last month has WON! Go to BestBuyContest.com and enter your winning code 5199 to claim your FREE $1000 BEST BUY gift card within 24 hrs."
Went to the website and it stated something to the fact that it had been closed due to SCAM. The phone # that sent the message was listed as 909-837-7749. I have had this type of msg before, however had ignored it as I knew I had not entered any contest. I just thought I would respond this time and see what it was all about. Obviously, nothing, as I now see all of the other messages reporting this same type of call.
