Ordered a pair of shoes. They never arrived. Dispute filed with PayPal, they said they RECEIVED proof the shoes were shipped. I did NOT receive shoes. E-mailed several times to Star, no response. No refund. Pay Pal said case closed for me. WHAT??? And then received, like others, a stupid small sponge from China, WHICH MATCHES THE USPS TRACKING #. WHAT? A sponge instead of my shoes? ARE YOU CRAZY???
E-mail back to Pay Pal to pls reopen the case. Am now going to PO to file mail fraud. Court next?
