I purchased dvds through Gumtree and never recieved them as soon as I paid direct deposit his emails stopped up to then he was very quick to respond. I have contacted gumtree and apart from removing the ad they say there is nothing they can do. I do not know what to do or where to go for help 340 is a lot of money when you are ona disabilty pension.
