Was to the would lower my mortage rate for a fee of $866.00. Sent all info they required and got nothing in re-turn. Cant even call them now! This was in July and it is now November. Would like someone to resolve this issue with Financial Services and Crowne Financial Solutions and return the $866.00 to me and my family.
