I spoke to a rep by the name of Joe Deart. He called my home and offered me a mastercard with a $2000.00 credit limit at 0.0% interest rate for 3 yrs. There was a one time fee of $249.00. I asked many questions, he made me feel comfortable enought to give my credit card # to him. I asked was this conversation recorded, he said yes. He transferred me to a woman who confirmed the acceptance. She even gave me a confirmation number. I am a single parent of 3 children, and I, like many others do not have money to just throw away.
