Cambridge Tower Unfair Unreasonable Policies Susan Reed Linda Making Profit From Residuals Of Application Fees Always High Vacancy Rate Do Not Approve Anyone Especially Minorities DIFFERENT IMPACT DISCRIMINATION! Ripoff

All the staff and personnel at Ginkel Construction are cruel people. Also, I believe Ms. Susan Reed is a racist, and she and top management have created unfair and unreasonable policies to prevent minorities, low-, and mid-wage earners from ever getting approved at the apartment buildings they manage. That is called DIFFERENT IMPACT DISCRIMINATION when a cold-hearted corporation such as Ginkel Construction makes over conservative guidelines for resident screening that adversely affects three groups of people (minorities, low-wage earners, mid-wage earners). The Housing Industry is getting out of control like the Health Care Industry. Corporations are starting to have more power and influence than the government... And that is scary. Because greedy corporate executives do not care about the general public — they only care about profit. However, the Housing Industry is very strange. People like Susan Reed and Linda think EMPTY VACANT UNITS are more profitable than occupied ones. These people have been having a high vacancy rate for years now. I believe they are making money from the residuals of application fees. I hope the government decides to balance power and create a new law to monitor the policies that corporations, engaged in the real property business, make. And to ensure that they are fair. People need homes, and we should not live in a society where good people are forced to live in homeless shelters and high crime areas.in Minnesota there were 8,000 homeless people in and 125 of them died in the streets. Is that morally or ethically right?

We (the American people) have to start filing complaints and lawsuits against companies like Ginkel Construction. Then Government officials will take action against corporate cruelty and tyranny. Susan Reed, I am part of the low-wage earner and minority group, but how do you know I will not pay my rent and be a good tenant? You and your company are getting away with 100% DISCRIMINATION. I will rally prospective renters and current renters to file a huge lawsuit and file complaints with local, state and federal officials to have your rogue company investigated and prosecuted. You have NO intention of renting any of the empty apartments you have, so stop taking desperate applicants $30 application fees.
