Magic Jack plus shipped me defective, bad product, I tried to register it since july and was not possible. "it says, insert magic jack to make call" Went online to chat with them, spend over 40 hours on the online. Every operator was giving me their own opinion. They are confused, lack training, they are very rude. No good customer service, their customer service is very, very poor. When chanting with them, they would say, wait, need to transfer you to top 10% agent and will hang up. When you log in again, the next person will start over again with same question. I need a replacement for the bad one shipped to me. Shelley, the manager in Florida, confirmed that it was bad and was not able to register it. Up till now, I have not gotten replacement from.
