In August I clicked on a popup to get a free sample of skin cream, and paid for the shipping costs. I received it but didn't want more. Two months later I noted $88. Taken from my VISA, and received another bottle. I tried to contact them online, but they said to call during business hours. I have repeatedly tried to call and the "message box is full" so I can't even leave a message. I notice there are many people with the exact same complaint. Their phone # is 1-888-239-1370. Thanks.
