July 2 I ordered the free sample of Clearly Young. I never received the sample so I called on the 16th and explained the situation and cancelled the order. I have an e-mail confirmation as well as a copy from the company. However, I was billed $99.92 on my account. I called Customer Service four times at 888-239-1370. The line was always busy so I left a brief message and my phone number. I never received a return call. I notified my credit card but was asked to furnish a shipping or delivery receipt. Since I never received anything to begin with I can't give them anything other than a copy of the cancellation. I fully intend to take all measures to prove this is a SCAM. Please do not order anything from Lush Ill or Clearly Young.
