I ordered two cushions by phone. The above date is approximate. The price was to be $39.85 total for one cushion and one free cushion plus two shipping charges of $9.95 each. The total approved price was $39.85. Today (10/31) when the shipment arrived we discovered that they had shipped four cushions. We called to tell them of their mistake and discovered they had charged us double the expected amount. They said they would credit our charge account with $39.85 upon receipt of the two returned cushions. When we said that since the mistake was not ours, we would send the two cushions back COD and we requested a code for that. They said that they do not accept COD's. They offered to send a $10.00 credit to our charge card if we would keep the two extra cushions. We did not want the unordered two cushions at any price so we have to go to the trouble to send them back at our expense.
