I signed an agreement to buy leads from SM. Leads they sent me were not what i paid for and asked for credits. 9 times out of 10 they denied my credits. They sent me leads out of agreed marketing area and went way past the spend target we agreed to. When i refused to pay the extra amount they charged me my account was cancelled and sent to an outside collection service. My livelyhood was cut to no sales because of SM actions. I lost many 1000's of dollars because of this shabby treatment. I wish i had the money to sue them.
