Sent emails wanting to buy boat from craigslist. Almost word for word on the other complaints... Says he cant retrieve boat in person because he is in the ocean. I thought he was a navy man, even thanked him for his service. Opened up a paypal account just for this transaction... No money in it for him to get. What a dog... Also got an email from a franck smith with the same wording...
