Daniel smith id number c1005 just like boy said david called my phone sayin i won a $100 gift card in asked for my account number in took money out of my account in i did not give them any premission to do so please someone help saint louis

This company USA BENIFITS called my phone offered me a 100 dollar gift visa card if i had a dollar in my account. My dumb a*gave David Smith id number C1005 my account number they took the money off my card in lied in told me i did'nt have any money on my visa card which i did have money on there.in they took it called me from a Saint Louis MO 314 area code number. I want to know who can i get to sue theses people. This is not right at ALL PLEASE HELP SOMEONE ANYBODY
