My first letter came on 9/30/ saying North American Award Center was working with Publisher Clearing House. This letter asked for $11.89 for fees having to do with their 2, ooo. Ooo. Oo drawing in November. Then I got six more totalling up to $77.77 before I got wise and checked into him. I have all dates & check numbers. Why if this is been going on since 2011 is this man not in Jail for mail FRAUD?
