I was told by Christine Sullivan that I would be receiving my Insurance Premium back, because my loan was not approved, the amount is $530.00 this was to secure my loan, I applied on 8/29 sending the premium through the greendot money pack card, I waited all day on 8/31 waiting for my loan $5,000 to be deposited into my account; I called her on 8/31 after 2:00 P.M. And the loan was not in my account, she told me that I was not approved that the company (Vault Financial) needed additional funds $428.00 or for me to get a co-signer., she then told me that my $530.00 was going to be mailed back and sent out USPS express mail on 8/31, since I did not have the additional funds $428.00 or a co-signer, I have not received the refund as of today, I just called another rep. On Fri, 9/7, and they told me that this process takes up to 4 weeks., and that she would call me back in 10 minutes this was at 1:30 P.M. Est today, it was an hour later and neither Christine or the other rep Michelle called me back, also Christina Sullivan told me that she would have the insurance company speed up the process ; I never received a decline notice, Christine forwarded an e-mail to me that was sent to her by the insurance company telling me that I did not get the loan and that it would take me 3 days to get my refund and it usually takes 7 days. Please verify this info for me ; please what is really going on, I have had 2 different stories told to me. My account number for the loan was A0827; this is the number they gave me; but after I sent the $530.00, they told me that the underwriting dept. Declined the loan., now people are hanging up on me and not responding, Christina Sullivan's number is 1-800-380-7997 ext. 806, I just called today and not it has been busy all day, seems like it is disconnected.
