I used the ATM at this Valero on 10/19 and withdrew $60 and of course was charged fees of $2.50 and $1.25 to withdraw since it was not the bank the card is assigned to which is Wells Fargo. I never had any issues being charged from some Brattcompany.com LLC. Until I went to this ATM at this Valero I am contacting Valero about this and better get a good answer because the eppicard transaction dispute department wants me to cancel this Texas Debit Card and await another one to come in the mail withing 7-10 business days and I get my child support weekly and cannot afford no such delay in receiving my payments.
