Falsely advertised a Motorola baby monitor as having 2 parent units with cameras and a base unit when only had 1 parent unit I complained about it when I received on around 28/08 they said this could be returned and I couriered this back. I had to request courier tickets a number of times before these where eventually sent out. Apparently approval for credit has been approved on the 20th September but not processed now I am still charged for this product on my account which I do not have, I have to also pay interest every month on a product returned close to 6 weeks ago. I have complained on the phone about 5 times and written 2 complaints online also requesting acknowledgement of my complaint no acknowledgement of a problem and no credit for a product that was advertised incorrectly and returned a very long time ago.
