(2) Fraudulent POS transactions from Boulogne Bill, evidently in France. Chase Bank caught and blocked further use of Debit Card. Transactions to be reversed. Boulogne Bill may be legit but probably good all American Banks filter their transactions as fraud as it is extremely unlikely that an American Account would be used to pay bills in France. But in that unusual situation a customer could request the general block be lifted.
