I keep receiving text messages from BestBuyRaffle.com that I have won.instructions are to go to that website and enter winning code 6207 to claim free $1000 BestBuy gift card within 24 hrs. Since my cell phone is restricted only to certain family members, I am at a loss to understand how my number was gotten. It is most disturbing and very annoying.
