We have handled all their fleet repair's for a few years now. So it's not unusual for their staff to pick up the vehicles and then management swing by later and pay the bill. But for some reason on this last repair, their guy picked up the van and we never heard from them again. After calling several times and leaving several messages to our point of contact person several weeks went by. We tried one last attempt and finally reached someone. A lower level staff member, who relayed that he had heard from mgt. That they are not gonna pay us, and that they are tired of all these repair's the staff are causing and the more they fix, the more it takes away from their " bonuses". The funny thing is, the bill was only for $186.00, not a major repair. What pisses me off is how shady they went about it, sending their guy up here to pick up the vehicle, knowing that they had no intentions of paying, what national non for profit company conducts business that way, no dispute, no questions about the bill, just sneakiness, take the van and run!
