I fell for this scam because I did fill out a Walmart survey. That was on Friday oct. 12. Today I called to opt out of progrm. Got the big run around they said I would still have to pay the 2.99. Still feeling uneasy I called my bank to tell them of the scam. I ended up canceling my visa debit card and issued a new one at the bank. So far no charges so they more than likly won't get the 2.99. I will update if any changes.
