I wish I had read all the complaints on your site first! Guess I was a bit more gullible. First charge appeared on my card in July in the amount of $89.95. At that time I had not received any product. I attempted to contact the company by calling the 800 number that was on their web site, but their mailbox was full. So, I then went online and sent them an email through their website. I received no response. About a week later, I received a product from them through DHL. My husband took the package before I knew what it was or I would have refused it. Anyway, I thought It was over. But two months later I noticed that the company was charging my card $89.95 every month. I called the card company but before they could cancel my card it happened again. Never did get the free product.
